The primary objectives of our fund, launched on August 18, 2023, are to acquire, stabilize, and operate income-producing multifamily apartment communities, duplexes, and single-family homes in Michigan, primarily in the Detroit Metropolitan Area. We also intend to invest in real estate projects with established real estate private equity investment managers and development firms.
The fund aims to raise up to $2,500,000, with investors (Class A Members) sharing 70% of the distributions and Class B Members (members of the Manager) receiving the remaining 30% in exchange for their services to the fund.
Return Potential: The fund seeks to generate returns through rental income, property appreciation, and potential profits from well-timed property acquisitions and dispositions.
